Data Privacy

The short version

We collect the least amount of data needed to take your order, ship it, and keep the shop running. We never sell your personal data, and there are no third-party advertising trackers on this site.

What we collect

• Order details - name, shipping address, email and the items you bought, so we can fulfil and support your order.
• Payment - handled by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation token, never your full card number.
• Account info - if you create an account: your email and saved preferences.
• Basic analytics - anonymous, aggregated page views to understand what's useful. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and send order updates. If you opt in, we'll also send occasional product news - you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. Optional analytics cookies are only set with your consent, and you can withdraw it whenever you like.

Who we share it with

Only the partners required to run the shop: our shipping carriers, our payment processor, and our email provider. Each handles your data under their own data-processing agreements, solely to deliver these services.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

You can action most of these by emailing us, or from your account page once you're signed in.

Retention

We keep order records only as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
