How much does shipping cost?
Tracked standard shipping costs $5.49 to the United States; $10.89 to Canada; $11.59 to the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and Brazil; and $15.09 to Germany, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. It is free on every order over $75, and the exact rate is shown in the basket before you pay. Items posted by an independent seller in Europe already include delivery in their price.
How long does delivery take?
Tracked standard delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom; 7 to 12 business days to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and Australia; 8 to 14 business days to Japan and the United Arab Emirates; and 10 to 18 business days to Brazil. Every product page shows its own estimate before checkout, and every parcel comes with a tracking number.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. Email [email protected] with your order reference and we reply within 24 hours; refunds reach your original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving back. Items marked Ships from a third-party seller have a 14-day right of withdrawal instead, the same cooling-off period that EU consumer rules give online shoppers.
What if an item arrives broken or wrong?
Email a photo to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We send a prepaid return label and a full refund, or a free replacement if you prefer. Opened personal care items, personalised pieces and items marked final sale cannot be returned for a change of mind.
How do I track my order?
Every shipment has a tracking number. Enter your order reference, which starts with db_, on the Track an order page at any time. Items in one order may ship from different fulfillment locations.
Is it safe to pay at Doodle Bazaar?
Yes. You pay on Stripe Checkout, so your card number is typed into Stripe's own page and never reaches our server. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level in the payments industry, as its security documentation explains. Checkout rechecks every item before you are charged.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Items posted by a seller in Europe only go to countries in that seller's own customs area (the EU, the UK or Switzerland), so no import duty is due on them. For other orders sent outside the EU, US or UK, your country may charge duties on arrival. Those are billed by your local courier, not by us.
How does Doodle Bazaar choose its products?
Every product passes the same four checks before it gets a shelf: it can really be fulfilled, its name, price and shipping charge stay the same from product page to payment, its photos and reviews are real, and checkout can stop safely before charging you. Read how products earn a shelf.
What is The Margin?
Our own label, drawn in the margins of a notebook. It starts with pet bandanas in 100% polyester, from $19.99, printed edge to edge by a specialist production partner after you order. Measure your pet's neck the way the American Kennel Club suggests, then pick a size in the Mall. Clothing joins only once its samples pass.
