Complaints
Write to [email protected] and we reply within 24 hours. If we cannot settle it between us, you can turn to the consumer protection authority or the out-of-court dispute body of your country. In Bulgaria, where the shop is run, that is the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg), whose conciliation commissions handle consumer disputes.
Who answers for what
We are the seller of everything in the shop, including the items we buy for you from independent sellers in Europe. Every question, return and complaint comes to us. The terms of sale, your right to withdraw and the legal guarantee are on the terms page.
