You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a refund. Unused, in original packaging, and the box still loved enough to put back in a mailer.
Defective on arrival
If your item arrived broken, missing parts, or just plain wrong - email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days. We send you a prepaid return label and full refund (or a free replacement, your call).
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order reference (starts with db_) and we’ll reply within 24 hours with the return address and label. Refunds land on the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the package.
Not returnable
Personal care items that have been opened (hygiene), custom / personalised products, and items marked final sale on the product page. Bazzy is sorry about it. Bazzy didn’t make those rules.
